I purchased several cans of Hormel Chili at a great price. The chili is okay w/ a little extra salt and pepper.
For a quick and super frugal lunch:
- Bake a potato.
- Heat up chili (1/2 can for 1 serving) or use your own homemade chili.
- Mix in salt and pepper.
- Top w/ sour cream, cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Eat with a piece of fruit!
